DESCRIPTION:Fatma is a professor in Safety\, now she is a Director of Disaster Risk Reduction Center\, Universitas Indonesia\, and previously she was the Head of Occupational Safety\, Health & Environmental Unit. She has the degree of PhD in Safety Science from UNSW\, Sydney Australia\, and Master & Bachelor Degree in Chemistry. She is a lecturer at Occupational Health & Safety Department\, Faculty of Public Health\, Universitas Indonesia. Her research is in the area of Emergency/Disaster Management\, Disaster Resilience\, Campus Safety & Health\, Emergency/Disaster Management\, Laboratory Chemical Safety & Security\, Biorisk Management and OHSMS at University & Laboratories. She teaches Industrial Toxicology\, Chemical Hazards Sampling & Measurement\, Fire & Explosion and Disaster Management. \nShe conducted OHS research within Oil & Gas\, Mining\, and Manufacturer industries including HSSE Risk Assessment\, Quantitative Fire & Explosion Risk Assessment\, OHSMS\, Emergency Response\, Business Continuity\, Fire Safety\, Contractor Safety & Health Management System\, and Safety Integrity Level & Layer of Protection Analysis. She is a member of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA)\, USA since 2012 until now. She is also a member of AiChE(American Chemical Engineering)\, USA since 2013 until now. She is a member of Indonesian National Independent Team for Safety in Oil & Gas\, Oil & Gas Directorate Ministry of Energy & Mineral Resources since 2008 until now at which she has been involved in investigating major accidents and conducting safety audits within Oil & Gas Industries. She is also a member of National Safety Awards Evaluator for Mining Industries at which she is involved in Award assessment Team at Mining Directorate Indonesia.
